I’ve been thinking a lot about puzzles lately. So much of what NeoStream does is related to ‘solving puzzles’. I’ll explain that in a minute, but first a quick story.
On the weekend, I went out and bought a number of different kinds of puzzles. I bought the classic picture-piece kind, but I also bought some Lego and a few other ‘mind bender’ versions. When I got into work on Monday morning, I set the puzzles out on the Boardroom table, sat down and watched.
As the NeoStream team entered the room for our daily Huddle, I observed everyone as they noticed the puzzles. Most people at least commented on them, with the majority exploring further (picking them up, etc.). A couple ‘pretended’ to steal the Lego, and it was obvious they could hardly contain themselves from opening the box and getting started.
Once the whole team was assembled, I asked for a show of hands of who liked puzzles. It was no surprise to me that nearly every single person put their hands up.
NeoStream solves puzzles. The nature of the people who work for NeoStream are naturally drawn to the challenge and excitement of putting puzzle pieces together. Our business focus isn’t on Lego or classic puzzles, rather, we focus on the energy industry’s information management puzzles. We know the pieces, understand the complexities and use our skills to build the picture our clients want.
It’s thrilling, challenging and very satisfying work…and we do it well. We’re passionate about solving puzzles. Let us know if you have a puzzle we can help you build.
